My wife and I first met Mrs. Alvena from one of those open house. In fact, we were looking around for a townhouse here in Modesto. To describe her, well she is kind of in a good way nerdy, like Elon Musk…discussions was definitely with substance and factual information...she will fact check everything to ensure the information she provides you is proper. It really shows when you encounter a particularly exceptional agent with a wealth of information and experience, it just comes out naturally.
Mrs. Alvena is exceptional, an outstanding agent. From the start of our interaction to the conclusion of our contractual agreement; she has been the absolute best agent we have had the pleasure to work with, and this is our 4th home purchase. She outstandingly executed her commitment with our best interests in mind, her fiduciary duty to our family; from tirelessly searching for a fitting home, to explaining to us page by murderous page those comprehensive documents, ensuring we understood what we were signing and agreeing to including the lenders papers, all of the fees associated with the purchase, and finally, her determined consultations with the seller…which was how we won our bid—I can’t say exactly, but we truthfully appreciated the work behind her win for us. And we thought it was game over; at our best…we were not tall enough to ride this ride.
Then, Mrs. Alvena texted us one sad, very sad…did I already say, sad sad evening LOL, “…would you be super happy if you get this home…” then bammmm, here we are today sleeping in our new home, kids and pets running around our new house, my wife soooo happy--telling me sweetiepie we should bbq, we should do this and we should do that…wohooooo! In fact, my wife and I saved that memorable text message and we frequently glance at that moment where to our family, we felt like Christmas came early. You know sometimes, a win is just a win, but the magic behind the win makes these times exceptionally memorable—a blessing.
